In the last few years' Indian food has taken center stage and has become one of the most popular types of cuisine when people talk about eating out or even cooking at home.
 | Things You’ll Need: - Corn flour 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder 1/8 teaspoon
- Garlic Paste 1/4 teaspoon
- Ginger Paste 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg white 1/4 white
- Prawns 1/4 pound
- 7 Coriander Leaves
Preparation: Step 1: Shell shrimp, wash thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel. Step 2: Mix shrimp and all the above ingredients except oil. Make into walnut (or even smaller) sized balls and keep aside. Step 3: In a deep skillet heat oil. Step 4: When oil is very hot lower heat to medium and fry these balls to golden brown. Step 5: sever them hot! | |
