Shipping: Sidewalk delivery only and recipient phone number required. Shipping & handling is based on U.S. Postal Service within the contiguous 48 states. This includes handling and freight to ship one unit within the contiguous 48 states. Carriers will not deliver to P.O. BOX addresses and will charge an additional $5.00 to rural route addressess.


Damaged Orders: Please inspect the exterior of your delivery for any visible signs of damage. If you are unable to refuse delivery, and your order has been damaged by shipment, please contact us via email for a return authorization number and instructions on the return of your damaged product(s) and replacement of your order. Please include your name, order number, and item(s) that were damaged to help assist you.


Defective Products: Please inspect and try all merchandise immediately. If you receive a defective product please contact us by email for a return authorization number and replacement of your order. We will make arrangements to have the product(s) returned to the correct destination with a call tag or shipping label. We are not responsible for defective merchandise 30 days after the receipt of your order.


Returns: We will accept returns 7 days from the date of delivery with a return authorization number. All returns will be inspected. Returns will only be accepted on new, unopened and unused merchandise. No refunds will be given if the product is not returned in the original condition and has been opened and/or used. (All returns must be in original, OEM packaging.) The customer is responsible for all shipping costs' required to return the merchandise as well as all shipping cost's incurred by Urbandexterous.com to deliver the original order to the customer's location.


Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by email. Orders that have been processed for shipment may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders may not be cancelled after 24 hours from the time of your original order. The customer is responsible for any and all restocking fees that may be assessed to Urbandexterous.com for the return of your order.
